| When we met Laurel, we were planning our move to San Diego from the east coast, and didn't know very much about the area. However, Laurel was able to help us find, and negotiate for, the house we'd wanted. And, in order to buy it, we had to close in three weeks. Additionally, my then-fiance and I were out of town for one of the weeks. This clearly left a great deal of leg work for Laurel to do, but she did it happily, thoroughly, and efficiently. Then, two years later, reasons relating to family caused us to have to leave the area. We contacted Laurel, and with vigorous effort in marketing and otherwise, we had accepted an offer in only a few weeks (in this terrible market!). Throughout the buying and selling process, Laurel balanced her duties as our agent using both professionalism and care. Although her kindness is my favorite trait of hers, I also appreciated her being candid and honest throughout the process: I felt as though she was trying to do the best by us as opposed to trying to 'sell' us. Laurel did her best to make both our buying and selling processes as smooth and comfortable as possible, and I'm grateful. We were lucky to get to work with her, and we'd recommend her to anyone. |
